I’m María, the essence behind Lamar Cocina, a creator, a mother, and an artist of heart and soul. Originally from Argentina, I’ve called Costa Rica home for the past fifteen years, a land that has deeply shaped my way of living, creating, and connecting. My work carries the warmth and culinary spirit of Argentina, woven with the tropical rhythm and natural abundance of Costa Rica.

I am deeply in love with nature, animals, and the ocean’s waves. My life flows with calm and presence, guided by small rituals that remind me of the sacred woven into the simple.
